• Booking and Payment
  By booking a tour or renting an aircraft through our Website, you agree to pay the specified fees and charges. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information. Aviator Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received in full.
• Cancellation Policy
  Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following terms:
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  Aviator Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour or rental due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or mechanical issues. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
